If you are unhappy with your online order and need to return any item or items purchased (apart from online purchases of wedding dresses) you will be fully refunded (excluding postage) provided the item is returned to The Bridal Box in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of the date of delivery. For sale wedding dresses that are purchased online postage deducted would be £15 and all sale wedding dresses must be returned within 7 days.
If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and email a picture or pictures of the damaged items. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away, however if it is not possible to supply an exact replacement we will give you the option of an alternative product or a full refund for the value of the product originally purchased. For sale wedding dresses sold online we will not have a replacement dress because these are discontinued styles.
This returns policy only relates to online purchases. For purchases of Wedding Dresses and Bridesmaid Dresses when visiting The Bridal Box store in Torquay please refer to our standard terms and conditions of sale which you will be given a copy of when you place your order.
