So let’s break it down when it comes to dress shopping, let me tell you how we think brides can stay sane without loosing their heads and getting carried away – simple, don’t over think everything and follow your heart!

Firstly, stay local if you can, if you want to try your dress on once you’ve had a hair trial or simply to check the colour of your dress against your shoes you don’t want to be driving for hours. Make sure the boutique you choose is transparent when it comes to costs, do you have to pay for an appointment, do they have a seamstress, do you have to pay for a bag for your dress?

When you book your appointment don’t feel like you have to take everyone because they are excited, keeping it to the few so you can hear your own thoughts is key. Your confidence to say ‘yes to the dress’ comes from your heart and not everyone else’s voice, if dress number two is the one for you, you really don’t need to try another 15 dresses on and confuse yourself, saviour the moment and stay in the dress that makes your heart sing for longer!!!
