We aim to hold stock of many of the products that we sell online however if at the time your order is placed  we are not holding stock we will let you know that the item is out of stock and advise an approximate date for despatch. Some items are made to order so may take longer than the 14 working days we state on the product descriptions. If when we advise you of this date the date is not acceptable to you we will endeavour to offer an alternative product and if this alternative is not acceptable we will reimburse you with the cost of the item or items that you wish to cancel.

We currently only ship to the UK.

The price of products displayed on our website will always be the price quoted on your acknowledgment email. The price quoted on your order acknowledgement will always be the amount we take payment for. Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes at any time however once you have received your order acknowledgment the price for your order will not change.
All products are delivered by recorded delivery and dependant upon the size of items / package your order will be despatched on either a next day delivery or 48hour delivery, all deliveries will require a signature. If delivery of your order is attempted unsuccessfully the package will be held at a local post office or collection centre and if it is not collected within the time specified by the carrier / parcel delivery company the goods will be returned to us and we will ask the customer to pay this additional cost.

Whilst we have done our best to photograph and depict all of our products as accurately as possible colour will vary from monitor to monitor. As a result we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will show a true representation of the colour of all of our products.
All payments are processed in GBP (£). Vat is included in the prices quoted on our website. If you require a vat receipt for your order please get in touch with us through our contact page or call us on 01803 292222.

Typically items in stock are despatched within 24hrs of your order being placed (Monday-Friday) if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please use our contact form  on our website If the order is cancelled and the goods have been dispatched we can only issue a refund when the goods have been returned to us as per our returns policy terms.

If you register for our mailing list you are accepting that you are happy to receive marketing literature about our products and services. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list you can be removed at any time please click on the unsubscribe button on any our emails and newsletters. We will never disclose your email address to any other individual or company. We do not have access to nor do we store any of your credit card information. The only information that we keep is your name, address and email. Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number, expiration date & card verification code each time you place a new order with us.
