I cannot recommend The Bridal Box enough. Not only are the dresses beautiful and such good quality but Helen, Sophie and Sarah are such lovely ladies, they could not have done more! I hate being the centre of attention and so I was a little apprehensive about the dress shopping experience but these ladies made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I am a very indecisive person but they were so patient with me. I never felt pressurised into making a decision even after having a second appointment to try on the dress I ended up picking.

They were always welcoming after I ordered the dress and offered for me to come in any time to try the dress on again if I wanted. When the dress arrived I arranged to come in as soon as I could and it was beautiful! They filled me with so much confidence wearing it (something that I usually lack)! Every time I popped back it just felt like catching up with friends. Even after my wedding they were so helpful, unfortunately my dress was damaged by the dry cleaners so I dropped off/collected the dress to the shop for Sarah to carry out some repair work, I could tell they really cared.
