To give you our best attention and service we think an appointment is great, firstly we can make sure we have a changing room available, then spend time getting to know you and your ideas, we then have a better idea and understanding of what kind of wedding dress you are looking for – then quite often help you to change your mind 🙂 If you just pop in and we aren’t busy we are always happy to get you to start trying things on, it’s what we are here for! If you do come in and we are with appointments though these ladies do take priority, they may have made an appointment with us because they aren’t local and can’t just pop in or they are on a tight time frame and need advice and help as much as we can give or they work long hours and could only come at that time, so we do ask that you think if that was me how would I feel if my appointment was being taken over a little – every bride deserves our undivided attention when looking for their dream wedding dress and that’s what we like to do!
When you make an appointment with us that is your special time, we won’t book in another new bride-to-be to arrive at the same time, you don’t have to share an assistant with anyone else, you have us to yourself for the entire time of your appointment, so if you can’t make it maybe another bride could?! So out of respect for all other brides-to-be and you are all as important as each other, please phone ahead to cancel an appointment if you can’t make it. We may of turned others away so if you don’t turn up we don’t know that we can now spend time with a bride-to-be that has just a matter of weeks to choose her wedding dress and is in panic mode!!
Weddings are stressful times but we are here to help as much as we can 🙂
